What We Seek We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to contribute and grow with us. Key qualities we value include: Providers willing to see 25 or more clients weekly. Behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our support. A strong moral compass; integrity, transparency, and commitment to quality care are essential. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts. Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Compensation: Earn up to $124,100 based on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
