What We Seek We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to contribute and grow with us. Key qualities we value include: Providers willing to see 25 or more clients weekly. Behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our support. Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing teamwork. Individuals interested in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles. A strong moral compass; integrity, transparency, and commitment to quality care are essential. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts. Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Compensation: Earn up to $124,100 based on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
