Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships, verbal and written communication and nursing practice standards. Skills in computer applications as appropriate to area(s) of responsibility. 2-3 years nursing experience in related or similar areas of responsibility. Previous leadership experience such as precepting, charge role, clinical lead role, mentoring, department committee leadership or facilitation of meetings. This manager role will be focused on supporting 3rd shift associates. Schedule will be primarily 3rd shift (nights) with a weekend rotation. Two managers will be hired in order to cover the majority of off-shift hours on the unit.
