Your experience is vital to our mission of providing high-quality healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Implement physician orders and administer medications. Start IVs and perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, documenting them in accordance with policies and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions. Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care rendered. Apply sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions. Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed. Collaborate with the nursing team to establish a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients. Guide ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards. Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree). Current NYS Registered Nurse license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required. 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
