Job Responsibilities: Implement physician orders efficiently, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments and procedures while documenting all care in line with facility policies and legal requirements. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess and identify patient conditions. Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided. Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions in patient care management. Provide both routine and emergency care for all types of injuries and illnesses. Administer prescribed medications and oversee over-the-counter medications as directed. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop tailored Plans of Care for each patient.
