Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a pivotal role in delivering top-tier, patient-centered care while overseeing all functions within the unit during designated shifts. In collaboration with fellow management team members, you will guide nursing care aligned with established policies and procedures, acting as a key resource for staff while embodying our organization's mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate patient admissions and discharges, ensuring efficient care processes. Evaluate the quality of patient care services provided within the unit.
