Simulation Technology/Data Analyst

Presbyterian is currently seeking a Simulation Technology/Data Analyst to join our Clinical Education Team!

Assist with the operations and setup of simulation to support participants in their education, skills development, scheduling, reporting, and team building to provide safe patient care. Assist with the development of scenarios, equipment inventory, troubleshooting, and debriefing within the simulation center.

The Clinical Education Simulation Technology/Data Analyst supports the hospital's clinical education initiatives by managing simulation technology and analyzing educational data to improve training outcomes. This role ensures the effective operation of simulation equipment, supports instructional design, and provides data-driven insights to enhance clinical competency and patient safety.

Bachelors Degree preferred or 6 years experience in healthcare operations, analytics, e-learning development, academic coordination, simulation, and/or information technology.

Allied health, emergency management such as paramedic experience preferred.

Completion of Bachelors and/or 6 years of experience receiving SA rating or higher in role.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-fidelity simulation equipment, task trainers, and AV systems.

Set up and run simulation scenarios in collaboration with educators and clinical staff.

Ensure simulation environments are realistic, safe, and aligned with learning objectives.

Manage inventory and coordinate maintenance schedules for simulation equipment.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from simulation sessions, learner assessments, and program evaluations.

Develop dashboards and reports to track learner performance, program effectiveness, and compliance metrics.

Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in clinical education programs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
