Job Summary/Objective
As a Client Support Specialist you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking support. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role involves a blend of technical support, client advocacy, and administrative responsibilities, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person. * Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and providing regular updates to clients. * Identify trends or recurring issues in client inquiries and work proactively to address root causes, contributing to product quality and customer satisfaction improvements. * Provide feedback to internal teams based on client insights, advocating for enhancements or new features. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on product knowledge, technical skills, and industry trends. * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions, striving to exceed expectations and reinforce client loyalty. * Perform various Mail Center activities, such as sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, and pickup. * Operate mailing, print, or scanning equipment and perform shipping, receiving, and print tasks. * Complete daily floor walks, restocking office supplies, kitchens, and cafes. * Participate in cross-training and support special projects as assigned. * Follow security and privacy policies to protect informational assets. * Perform other duties as required, including repetitive motion tasks and working at a computer for extended periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent. * Proficiency in keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred). * Experience running mail posting equipment is a plus. * Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned. * Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment. * Competency in performing multiple functional tasks. * Ability to meet employer's attendance policy. * Ability to read, write, and speak English. * Ability to learn various other programs and applications as necessary and/or required. * High energy level with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, professional presence, and exceptional customer service. * Required to work at a computer for long periods. * Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms. * Required to regularly sit, talk, or hear. * Required to possess close vision and ability to focus. * Conditions may include office environment, computer room, production floor, warehouse, and shipping/receiving; occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink, and other environmental factors is possible. * Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting/bending/climbing. * May lift up to 25 lbs. frequently. * Comfortable with computers and adaptable to using new software and technology
"The pay range for this position starts at $18/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
