Role Overview: 

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of healthcare clients—ensuring satisfaction, driving retention, and uncovering growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role where your relationship-building and problem-solving skills directly contribute to client success and company growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term retention.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
  • Client Advocacy: Understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and proactively resolve concerns.
  • Strategic Planning: Execute personalized account strategies aligned with revenue goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Billing, and Operations to ensure seamless service.
  • CRM Management: Track interactions and manage pipelines using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed on healthcare compliance trends and use insights to guide client strategy.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, client success, or account management; experience in healthcare or multi-location services is a plus.
  • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to grow accounts and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized & Results-Driven: Skilled at managing multiple accounts and delivering outcomes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
