Role Overview:
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of healthcare clients—ensuring satisfaction, driving retention, and uncovering growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role where your relationship-building and problem-solving skills directly contribute to client success and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term retention.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
- Client Advocacy: Understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and proactively resolve concerns.
- Strategic Planning: Execute personalized account strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Billing, and Operations to ensure seamless service.
- CRM Management: Track interactions and manage pipelines using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed on healthcare compliance trends and use insights to guide client strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, client success, or account management; experience in healthcare or multi-location services is a plus.
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to grow accounts and build trust with stakeholders.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized & Results-Driven: Skilled at managing multiple accounts and delivering outcomes.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
