About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our advisors and their clients, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a seamless client experience. This is a full-time, in-office role stationed at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah.
Your Impact: Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for advisors and their clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience is essential to success in this role. Account Management: Assist clients with account maintenance, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and handling all service requests delegated by your advisory team or received directly from clients. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address client issues or concerns with a calm, solution-focused approach, ensuring effective resolution and continued client satisfaction. Coordination: Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to deeply understand client needs, support the advisor-client relationship, and ensure consistent, high-quality service. Build strong rapport with clients-becoming their trusted first point of contact and the advisor's strongest advocate. Documentation: Maintain thorough, time-stamped documentation of all client interactions and service activities. Accurate and timely recordkeeping is essential for staying organized, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a critical part of delivering consistent, high-quality client service. Reporting: Generate, review, and act on reports related to client accounts and activities. Participate in ongoing projects assigned across the CSA team to maintain clean, accurate data-an essential part of delivering organized, compliant, and high-quality service.
Who You Are: 2+ years of experience in a client service role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships. Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to supporting team goals and contributing positively to overall success. Honest, Hard Working, Humble, Happy and Helpful Required Licensing within 90 days of hire: State Life & Health Insurance, Series 65
Your Toolkit: Strong computer and technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe. Experience with CRM documentation systems, Financial software and Digital Signature software is a plus. Ability to work independently, think through complex problems, and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented responses-while knowing when to seek guidance from supervisors and advisory teams in challenging situations. Detail-oriented with an ownership mentality-taking full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and quality of your work. Proactively identify errors or gaps, follow through on tasks thoroughly, and strive for continuous improvement to ensure excellence in every deliverable. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing focus or quality. Proactively plans and adapts to changing demands to meet deadlines consistently.
