Title : Client Service Representative Location : Chandler, AZ Max Pay Rate : $21/hour Type : Contract Training Schedule : Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Onsite, must be punctual and consistent) Work Location : Onsite for training; may have virtual flexibility post-training
Department Overview :
The Retirement and Benefits team supports participants in employer-sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Representatives provide account assistance, guidance on transactions, and ensure accurate and error-free financial processing.
Shift Options (Post-Training) :
Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM EST
Mon–Fri, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST
Mon–Fri, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities :
Handle high-volume inbound calls from retirement plan participants
Educate and guide clients on their 401(k) plan details, transactions, and tools
Accurately enter data while navigating multiple systems in real time
Resolve and de-escalate complex participant concerns with empathy and clarity
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of client service experience with banking, retirement plans or 401K.
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask: navigate multiple systems, take notes, and speak with customers
Detail-oriented and adaptable to a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Willingness to accept coaching and demonstrate professional maturity
