What You Have: Required Qualifications: 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related field While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role; Charles Schwab will assist you in obtaining and retaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses Ability to address client needs with tact and diplomacy Exceptional written and oral communication skills Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Capability to build and maintain positive cross-enterprise working relationships Basic knowledge of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts May be required to become a Notary In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
