Our client, a commercial janitorial services provider , is seeking a Lead Cleaner to join their team. As a Lead Cleaner , you will be part of the Facilities Operations Department supporting on-site cleaning crews . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership , attention to detail , and a hands-on work ethic , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Cleaner

Location: Savannah, GA

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

What’s the Job?

Hours are 3-11:30, Monday-Friday

Supervise and support a small team of cleaners during evening shifts

Inspect buildings to ensure cleanliness standards are met

Perform cleaning duties alongside team (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)

Communicate with management regarding supply needs or performance concerns

What’s Needed?

Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services

Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
