Were on the lookout for someone enthusiastic and passionate about working with kids to step into a Substitute role at our Milton-Union Elementary School location in West Milton, OH.

JOB TYPE: Part-time, non-exempt PAY RATE: $14.50/hour

WHAT YOULL DO: Support kids with fun, hands-on experiences guided by our Healthy Kids Curriculum think fitness games, STEAM activities, creative arts, academic support, and more. Yes, even homework help! Foster a safe, healthy, and exciting environment where children can learn and grow. Be the positive role model they look forward to seeing. Stay connected with families by sharing updates and moments through the Playground App parents love those glimpses into their child's day! Adhere to all state regulations, Healthy Kids policies, and host school guidelines like a true professional.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children under 13 is a plus but not required we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Certified in CPR and First Aid. Must be medically cleared, including a negative TB test and fit to perform the physical aspects of the job. You're energetic, caring, dependable, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Being timely, professional, and upbeat is your thing. Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and physically keep pace with active kids.
