Duties

Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play. Supervise children in the classroom and during outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-being. Engage children in interactive activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and social skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement techniques. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children. Observe and assess children's developmental milestones to tailor activities to their individual needs.

Requirements

Qualifications: Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential. Skills in behavior management and classroom management are highly valued. Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or toddler care is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
