What You’ll Be Doing Orchestrate the Big Picture Turn high-level strategy into smooth, scalable, daily operations. Lead core functions like member services, sharing/claims processing, enrollment, and provider management. Streamline the magic behind medical expense sharing. Be the glue that keeps everything running (with style and integrity). Use AI enabled tech and automation (hallelujah!) to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor operational risks and lead continuous improvement like a pro. Champion the Member Experience Help us deliver white-glove service that feels like a warm hug and a strong handshake all at once. Make sure our members never feel like a number—but like the valued humans they are. Enhance AI and tech tools to simplify Financial & Business Operations Partner with the CFO to keep our operations financially sound and mission-aligned. Ensure every dollar spent brings us closer to our vision—and glorifies good stewardship. Inspire & Equip an Amazing Team Grow future leaders. Cheer loudly. Coach wisely. What You Bring to the Table A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years leading in healthcare ops, payer systems, or health sharing ministries. Deep experience with claims/share adjudication, provider reimbursements , and compliance. A gift for leading large teams , building culture, and turning strategy into action. Confidence with financial planning , data analysis, and tech-driven ops. Strong communication skills and a heart for mission-driven service. Experience with TPAs, health vendors, and working with a Board of Directors. Above all: a passion for servant leadership and faith impact .
