About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide strategic leadership and direction for all technology-related functions. The CIO will be responsible for the effective management of enterprise systems, end-user applications, network infrastructure, server and device management, cybersecurity, and end-user technology support. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid technical background, including experience in SaaS implementations, cybersecurity, data management, business analytics, network infrastructure, and cloud computing. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the organization's mission and working collaboratively to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs and drive operational efficiencies.
Key responsibilities for the CIO include setting technology direction in line with the company's needs, leading a team of IT professionals, managing IT financials, and fostering a customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational change management, the ability to build trusted partnerships, and a commitment to the mission of the organization. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. The CIO will also be expected to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders to ensure the integrity of systems and data.
