About the Role

The Company is seeking an interim CIO to define and execute an enterprise technology roadmap, build and mentor a high-performing technology team, and lead major initiatives such as an enterprise ERP transition and SharePoint migration. The successful candidate will also be responsible for championing an AI strategy, facilitating collaborative solutions across IT and design/technology functions, and maintaining a strong security posture with compliance to regulatory frameworks. The role requires a leader who can position the organization as an industry leader in the innovative application of technology and who has a proven track record in leading enterprise transformation initiatives.

Applicants for the interim CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 7 years' in a role that involved directing multi-location teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and a collaborative leadership style. Professional services firm experience is a must, as is a deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise security. Familiarity with ERP platforms and experience with security and compliance frameworks such as CMMC or FedRAMP is also required. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and an advanced degree or relevant certifications are valued. The role is suited to a leader who can translate complex technology concepts for non-technical stakeholders and who is adept at driving meaningful productivity gains through the application of technology.
