About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead its digital transformation and enhance its competitive edge. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, results-driven technology leader with a proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise system initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence across a multi-location distribution environment, and leading the IT organization with a focus on enterprise systems, infrastructure, and fiscal and risk management. The role also involves shaping the company's technology vision and contributing to the evolution of its operational capabilities.

Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have at least 15 years' of progressive management experience in a relevant industry, with a strong background in cloud computing, data analytics, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and automation tools. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data governance, and data protection requirements.
