We pride ourselves on providing a home-like environment for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Current Opportunities: We are hiring for Part-Time positions (24 hours) available during the following shifts: 11 PM - 7 AM, 7 AM - 3 PM EOW (Every Other Weekend), and 3 PM - 11 PM EOW. Key Responsibilities: Chart thorough and descriptive nurses' notes that accurately reflect the care provided and the resident's response. Complete and file necessary recordkeeping documents upon resident's admission, transfer, and discharge. Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians. Communicate resident care plans to assigned certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and ensure they reference these plans prior to providing care. Current certification as a Nurses Aide is required. Fluency in reading and writing English is essential. Ability to lift, move, or carry a minimum of 40 pounds, with the capacity to do so for a minimum distance of 4 feet. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster is required.
