Key responsibilities include: providing staff and family training and support for the implementation of the cognitive/behavioral program; providing psychotherapy and CSOTP services for residents; scheduling and facilitating individual, family, and group therapy; coordinating treatment team reviews and documentation; attending all treatment teams for assigned residents; and attending weekly clinical supervision. Additionally, the coordinator will coordinate multifamily/group/family education groups and provide on call/weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications: Minimum of a Master's Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education); Licensed Psychologist; LMFT or LSAT. Must be licensed or license eligible for LPC or LCSW. Required to be CSOTP eligible or CSOTP certified in the state of VA. Preference given to candidates who can provide CSOPT supervision or must be able to be a CSOPT supervisor within 6 months of employment. Combination of mental health experience and relevant education to deliver psychotherapy services.
