Join us in redefining fitness and well-being. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Business Management: Grow and maintain a dynamic client base. Organize and manage your schedule effectively, including client appointments and team meetings. Market personal training services to members through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. Stay informed about all club services, programs, and offerings. Service Excellence: Conduct fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary member services. Enhance the overall experience for members during their workouts. Create and coach tailored programs for both in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized training environment during sessions. Professional Growth: Engage in Continuing Education classes to deepen your expertise and prepare for promotions. Attend required meetings to align with management and enhance client programs. QUALIFICATIONS: Current Personal Training certification or a commitment to obtain one through our reimbursement program. Eligibility for higher tier and pay rates based on experience and educational background (e.g., a degree in a related field). Current CPR/AED certification (free certification options available for non-certified applicants). A genuine passion and knowledge for fitness. Willingness to work during weekdays and weekends in person. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Basic tech and computer skills. Must be energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful. PAY STRUCTURE: $39.50-$70 per training session; $16.50 per hour for non-session work; incentive bonuses available.
