Access to daily earnings. Job Summary As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you'll provide compassionate care to residents in our long-term care facility. Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), you'll assist with the following: Deliver resident-centered nursing care and assist with daily activities. Provide age-appropriate care that meets the physical and psychological needs of residents. Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, mobility, and basic health care needs. Document resident interactions and communicate changes to nursing staff. Support meal preparation and ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness of living areas and assist with housekeeping duties. Participate in wellness and recreational programs, encouraging resident involvement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum age of 16; previous nursing assistant experience is a plus. Required CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state-certified within four months of hire. Complete annual competency testing and continuing education requirements. For applicable states, must be certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
