We're looking for dedicated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Your Role as a CNA:

  • Providing personalized care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident's dignity.
  • Promoting comfort & safety: Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.
  • Fostering connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.
  • Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring residents' rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
  • Accurate documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents' conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.
  • Collaborating with the team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.
  • Enhancing quality of life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New York.
  • A passion for delivering compassionate, respectful care.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
