We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a CNA, you play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs and overall well-being. You'll work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
  2. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
  3. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or health status to nursing staff
  4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
  5. Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies
  6. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  7. Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  1. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
  2. High school diploma or equivalent
  3. Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred, but not required
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality resident care
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to varying shift schedules
  7. Current CPR certification preferred
