Key Auto Center is seeking a skilled and certified Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Technician to join our service department. Located at the heart of our operations, the technician will be responsible for a range of duties centered around the repair and maintenance of vehicles in alignment with brand-specific standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in automotive mechanics along with a commitment to providing high-quality service that aligns with our emphasis on customer satisfaction and reliable service. Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Mopar standards Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc. Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made Maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram certification and keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle enhancements and repair techniques In-depth knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles Strong automotive repair skills Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Effective communication skills Capability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
