As a professional driver, you will operate collection trucks safely while ensuring compliance with safety standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough pre- and post-operation inspections to maintain safety and compliance. Safely operating heavy trucks along designated routes and accurately following route sheets. Using manual and automated controls to efficiently lift and load refuse, as well as dispose of materials properly. Engaging in courteous interactions with customers and team members to ensure timely service. Identifying and tagging unsatisfactory waste containers according to company procedures. Monitoring waste for unacceptable materials and maintaining a clean workspace. Keeping the vehicle in optimal condition to reduce downtime, including cleaning waste from the truck. Completing necessary reports and productivity sheets accurately and in a timely manner. Adhering to productivity standards to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Complying with all safety policies and actively participating in the Company’s safety programs. Exhibiting strong customer service and time management skills to meet and exceed expectations. Taking initiative and following through on challenges promptly. Minimum Qualifications: Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with air brakes endorsement. Why Join Us?
