: XPO LTL Team Drivers - Established Teams Only - 100% No Touch Freight - 94.6 CPM, split We are currently hiring experienced teams for LTL freight transportation between XPO facilities. All drivers must possess Hazmat, Tank, and Doubles endorsements. Typical Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Weekly Average Earnings: $1,800-$1,988 gross per driver Annual Earnings: Our drivers earn an average of $105,750 Competitive Mileage Pay: 94.6 cents per mile, split between drivers ($0.473 per mile each) Traffic Pay: $34.39 for each hour of delays exceeding one hour due to traffic, construction, or weather-related issues Health Insurance: Full benefits available on day one Freight Type: LTL freight, in-house, and no touch; all loads are between XPO facilities Note: Only existing teams are being recruited; both team members must apply for this position. The Road Flex Team Driver role involves working closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. Candidates must be prepared to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances during a typical 5-day work week.
