**Job Overview:** We are seeking skilled and motivated Carpenters and Laborers to join our dynamic team at Hunter & Hunter. You will play a crucial role in the construction and renovation of residential and commercial projects, demonstrating craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** *For Carpenters:* - Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood, plywood, and other materials. - Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp the requirements of the projects. - Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools. - Assemble and install furniture, cabinets, drywall, and other structures. - Perform quality checks on work to ensure it meets project specifications and safety standards. - Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects efficiently. - Maintain tools and supplies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. - Follow all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. *For Laborers:* - Assist carpenters and other construction workers with various tasks. - Load and unload building materials and tools. - Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring safe and efficient work conditions. - Dig trenches, erect scaffolding, and perform lifting and moving tasks as required. - Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain effective communication with the team. - Adhere to safety standards and regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. **Qualifications:** *For Carpenters:* - Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role. - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. - Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship preferred. *For Laborers:* - Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred, but not required. - Knowledge of basic carpentry tools and equipment is a plus. - Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. - Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. - Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. - Health insurance plan options. - Continuous training and career development opportunities. - A positive and supportive work environment. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter detailing their relevant experience.
