We want to add part-time and full-time Care Pros to our team with weekday and weekend availability. Home Instead understands that your time is valuable, that’s why we require shifts to be at least four hours long. We also utilize block scheduling, to create consistent and reliable schedules for Care Pros. Responsibilities Your shift will start with traveling to the home of your assigned client. Clients' needs vary, so we match Care Professionals' skills to the client's needs. You may be asked to do light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, or any other ADL or IADL according to the client's needs. You will not be providing any skilled nursing tasks like administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy. You will be working alongside our Registered Nurse to provide the highest quality of care to the seniors in our community.
