Your Responsibilities as a Home Instead Caregiver: Perform 1:1 care, including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, toileting, dressing, meal preparation, companionship, and medication reminders) Help with transportation, errands, and appointments using your reliable vehicle Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients over time—share a cup of tea or go for walks to brighten their day Enjoy flexible shifts with a minimum of 4-hour work periods (choose from morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts based on availability) Receive 24/7 on-call support from a dedicated nurse-directed clinical team that values your skills What We're Looking For: We welcome both experienced caregivers and newcomers! Must live within 20 miles of Portsmouth, NH Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week Current & valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs Pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks Provide care in line with Home Instead's quality standards Available Locations & Shifts: We will connect you with clients within 20 miles of your location for convenience! Now hiring in Dover, Portsmouth, Somersworth, Exeter, Rye, and Hampton, NH. Daytime shifts are available between 7 AM - 9 PM, any day of the week. Priority shifts include: 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Sunday in Exeter, NH 8 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 5 PM shifts are highly sought after! Monday-Friday: Availability includes various times from 8 AM - 5 PM Weekends: Availability ranges between 8 AM - 5 PM PAY: PCA pay rate: $19/wkday, $21/wkend LNA pay rate: $21/wkday, $23/wkend Part-time: Minimum 20 hours/week commitment Full-time: Up to 40 hours weekly available!
