Autism Therapy Career We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our team in delivering individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). About the Role This position involves working one-on-one with children, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing ABA techniques to help them achieve their goals. You will also collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
