Title: Call Center Team Lead - Knoxville TN
Responsibilities:
Mentor and coach a call center team of 18 agents to meet performance and service goals
Deliver hands-on training and provide ongoing feedback to develop agent skills
Monitor daily operations, ensuring agents stay focused, productive, and customer-centric
Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages growth and retention
Track KPIs, address performance issues, and implement action plans
Qualifications: Previous call center leadership experience managing minimum of 13 agents
Proven tenure and reliability with consistent performance history
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work on-site in Knoxville , Monday through Friday
