Call Center Representative Opportunity
Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a full-time opening for the position of Call Center Representative- P05156 in the Call Center. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.
What You'll Do
The Call Center Representative provides customer service support by phone, email, live chat and ticketing system for the college's enrollment functions. Work involves answering the telephones, furnishing general information concerning Student Affairs, Admissions and Records and Advising, operating computer systems, data entry and some clerical work.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent from a regionally accredited institution. * One (1) year of experience in telephone operation and procedures; or related office work. * Preference will be given for higher-education experience.
