Job Title: Call Center Representative Hourly Rate: $24.00
MUST LIVE LOCAL TO MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA (FULLY ONSITE - IN OFFICE) 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities : Customer Service support role, operating in a Call Center environment as a customer advocate for lending services. You will act as a communication contact (email or text) to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer.
• Answer high-volume, emails inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers’ mortgage loan inquiries/requests • Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses with employees, consumers and authorized third parties. • Interact with multiple departments to expedite loan processing and issue resolution • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications: • Mortgage and/or financial services experience is a plus • Bilingual Spanish is a plus • Capable communicator, written and oral • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
