As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
Lead Solution Design and Delivery – Own the end-to-end process of designing and delivering business-critical technology solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify priorities, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and vendor partners to guide projects through discovery, development, testing, and training phases.
Champion UI/UX Design – Partner with user experience and design teams to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals.
Maintain Operational Excellence – Document requirements, manage risk, and ensure the alignment of project outcomes with Vivie’s broader strategy.
Drive Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices. Provide mentorship and process improvements to increase efficiency and deliver better outcomes.

This job also requires:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience as a business or systems analyst delivering complex systems.
6+ years using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Smartsheets.
4+ years working in both agile and waterfall project environments.
2 years’ experience in healthcare, senior living, or related industry.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
Experience mentoring and coaching project team members.
Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, visitors, or stakeholders.
