Business Litigation Associate wanted to join growing Business Litigation practice in Minneapolis. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule. Salary is $210-265k/yr DOE plus bonus.

This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters with a national and international client base. Candidates should have significant prior experience in complex commercial litigation, including, ideally, trade secret and non-compete litigation, intellectual property litigation, or merger and acquisition litigation,Successful candidates will have two to five years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice with particular emphasis on litigation procedure, including the discovery process and e-discovery, motion practice, and brief writing. Deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience is a plus.
