We're a global Logistics firm undergoing a quiet transformation - and data is at the heart of it. As a BI Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in reshaping how goods move, how teams respond, and how our operations evolve in real time. This isn't just about dashboards - it's about redefining efficiency through insight.
You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that drive business insights and decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.
This role requires strong initiative and sound judgment, as you'll be expected to operate independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, data-focused environment.
Type of position: Hybrid - in office 3x week - Mckinney, Texas
Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience ETL Tableau QlikView
Desired Skills & Experience: Power BI or other visualization tools Experience with integrating data from Data warehouse. Bachelor's in information systems or other related fields Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus
