Are you a highly motivated and dependable individual with a passion for helping others succeed? ArchwayFunding is seeking a Business Funding Coordinator to join our client-facing team. In this role, you'll guide business owners through the funding process, understanding their unique needs and connecting them with the ideal financial solutions.

Before working with clients, you'll complete our comprehensive Business Funding Training Course, ensuring you're fully equipped to represent our offerings with professionalism and accuracy.

What You'll Do:

Master ArchwayFunding's business funding products through in-house training.

Work directly with small business owners, assessing their financial needs and explaining funding options.

Gather and organize essential business documentation for funding applications.

Collaborate with internal underwriters and partners for efficient processing.

Develop strong, trust-based relationships through clear and consistent communication.

Manage a pipeline of leads and applications using CRM tools.

Achieve weekly performance goals for outreach, follow-ups, and fundings.

What You'll Bring:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, in-person).

Dependability, organization, and self-motivation with a positive attitude.

Comfort and confidence in a client-facing role.

Ability to quickly learn financial product knowledge.

High school diploma or GED required (college experience/degree preferred).

Prior experience in sales, finance, customer service, or small business is a plus, but not required.
