What You’ll Do: Develop and grow client relationships through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person meetings Present staffing solutions tailored to customer requirements and project timelines Collaborate with recruiters and branch leadership to ensure high position fill rates and quality placements Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management Represent SourcePoint Staffing in the market with professionalism and urgency

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or account management (preferred). Background in industrial / manufacturing, construction, or skilled trades staffing preferred. Proven track record in sales with the ability to consistently meet or exceed performance goals. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with solid problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
