H2O Away is Western Washington's trusted partner in emergency restoration-specializing in water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup. We're expanding our footprint along the I-5 and I-405 corridors and are looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional who knows how to hunt, build B2B relationships, and hit performance metrics consistently.

The Opportunity
This role is built for a proactive closer who understands that the best partnerships are earned through trust, consistency, and results. You'll focus on building a network of referral partners across industries like property management, real estate, insurance, construction, and service trades.
You'll be backed by a highly responsive operations team, a proven reputation in the market, and leadership that rewards measurable impact.
What You'll Do Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory Build lasting B2B referral relationships with plumbers and property managers Deliver consistent outreach: cold calls, in-person visits, sponsor breakfasts, drop-ins, presentations, and follow-up meetings Track KPIs (calls, meetings, proposals, conversions) and drive toward weekly and monthly targets Present H2O Away's value proposition confidently, clearly, and with credibility Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction What We're Looking For Proven track record in B2B outside sales (bonus for service-based industries) Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a hunter mentality and knows how to foster relationships Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence navigating decision-makers, influencers and business owners Self-motivated with excellent time and territory management Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive base + aggressive commission structure ($60,000 - $150,000 per year) Company vehicle, laptop, and phone Defined growth path with leadership visibility A strong brand and responsive support team Autonomy to manage your day, your targets, and your wins 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health Insurance Paid training Paid time off Schedule Full time Monday - Friday
