Allegiance Staffing is seeking a Business Development / Outside Sales Representative to lead client acquisition efforts in the Louisville area. What You’ll Do Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits Build relationships with decision-makers across industries including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing Prepare customized proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction Track all activity and results in our CRM (Salesforce-style platform) Represent Allegiance Staffing at networking events, community functions, and trade associations What You Bring 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (staffing industry experience is a plus) Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs Confident communicator and negotiator — both in-person and via email/phone Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and general tech tools Ability to multitask and manage a territory independently Strong organizational skills and follow-through Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within your market Why Allegiance Staffing?
