The FBA Central Analytics team is dedicated to developing analytics solutions and scalable data infrastructure that empower strategic decision-making for global FBA programs. Our goal is to simplify access to trusted data and metrics, streamline reporting complexity, and equip business teams with timely, actionable insights. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Analyst who is passionate about data, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and strives to deliver impactful reporting solutions. In this role, you will play an essential part in creating and enhancing centralized analytics tools that consolidate worldwide FBA metrics. You will work closely with fellow analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to build intuitive dashboards, support metric standardization efforts, and provide analytical insights that will guide business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and document reporting needs. Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting solutions, including automated dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses. Support efforts to harmonize key performance metrics by defining consistent metric definitions, dimensions, and data sources. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for both front-end (dashboards/visualizations) and back-end (data infrastructure) components. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting outputs. Conduct deep-dives and exploratory analysis to identify trends and uncover business opportunities. Partner with Data Engineers to troubleshoot data issues and enhance data pipelines. Build and maintain documentation such as metric catalogs, data dictionaries, and report guides to improve self-service capabilities. Communicate findings and recommendations through clear, data-driven narratives to business stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field. 5+ years of proficiency with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools like Tableau. 3+ years of experience in business or financial analysis. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to provide business insights. Experience with SQL. Ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on various factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
