Building Super - Part-Time We are assisting our professional management company client find a PT building maintenance/super who will work part-time and be onsite approximately 5-7 hours per week over 2-3 days per week, for a small building of 20 units. This position handles maintenance for the building only, and not individual apartments.

General responsibilities for this role will include: Monitor building cleaning team results every other week Complete monthly/seasonal and ad hoc maintenance and repair projects Greet and kick-off vendors when on-site for repairs/projects - answer questions / ensure proper prep and clean up and maintaining of building standards Be familiar with building and alert the management company of potential hazards, larger repairs needed, etc. This position is ideal for someone who has handyman skills to include basic carpentry, basic painting and plumbing along with general repair skills and, can recognize maintenance related items needing attention.

Position is ideal for someone who is seeking part-time hours and will maintain the standards of a high-quality building. Some hours could include weekend hours as needed (for example, in the event of an emergency). We are especially interested in speaking with individuals who are convenient to the Harrison, Port Chester, or Rye Brook area. Pay Rate: $35 per hour.
