Are you ready for a new challenge in our Brand & Product Marketing team?: Working alongside the company tutor, as Brand & Product Marketing Intern , you will support the Global team on the daily activities and overall Brand & Product Marketing Plan design, deployment and execution, for Versace first line Women and Men Collections as well as Versace Fragrances, Eyewear, Watches and Home, Versace Kids and Atelier. What can you learn with us?: Support the team in the creation and maintenance of key documents for the development and deployment of the Brand & Product Marketing strategy at global level. Among the others: brief to Creative and Production teams, Pre and In-season strategy and rollout decks, post-launch reports, Marketing orders files, codification files, action plans; Support in the coordination of the Product Content Calendar and related deadlines, keeping it regularly updated and contributing to a smooth and efficient flow of info between Brand, Product Marketing, Licences and Special Projects, Retail Marketing team, Production and Creative team; Active role in the coordination of the Marketing samples for ADV Campaigns (and third parties product shootings when needed – e.g. Wholesalers, Franchisees), supporting the team with the set up of prep days in cooperation with Production and Logistics team; Build, maintain and monitor a Marketing samples inventory system, making sure to constantly track ins and outs and liaising with key stakeholders in the Logistics and Warehouse teams in Milan and Novara; On a weekly basis, support the team with ensuring a smooth and reliable sharing of info with the relevant teams (e.g. Retail Excellence), keeping the cross-functional calendar updated with the most up-to-date info; Support the team with competitors benchmark analysis, proactively doing research and helping in maintaining a constantly updated repository; Support with daily Brand & Product Marketing team activities: shared folder update and maintenance, team project tracker coordination and update, follow up on team’s deadlines and agendas; Support with administrative tasks such as POs creation and invoices tracking. Do you have these qualifications and skills?: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar, a Master's is a plus; Previous experience in a Fashion/Luxury brand, within Marketing & Communication is preferred; Fashion/Luxury acumen and passion for the industry; Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); Excellent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation skills; Organized and flexible, with the ability to work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously; Great attention to details.
