Empower is excited to be adding a new Leader to its team in Boston! This is fully in-person, onsite role and will be instrumental in leading our new Investor Center in Boston, designed to elevate brand presence, deepen customer engagement, and deliver personalized financial solutions in our key Boston market.
In this Branch Senior Manager position, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Investor Center, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and personalized financial advice. Acting as the Supervisory Principal, this role ensures full compliance with regulatory and fiduciary standards while aligning with Empower's mission to provide financial freedom. You will oversee branch performance, client relationships, and team development, while driving strategic execution of Empower's goals.
What You Will Do Build and influence the successful development of Empower ' s investor center model
Partner with compliance and operations to develop, refine , and monitor branch policy and procedure s
E nsure that all regulatory and fiduciary rules and standards are adhered to by tracking and monitoring the associated records as well as delivering supervisory reviews
Manage the branch's staff through hiring, coaching, goal setting and achievement of goals
B uild and maintain relationships with select clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate advice
Oversee the branch's daily operations, including compliance, security and client services standards that reflect Empower ' s brand
Work closely with your team to p rovide financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their investment goals
Monitor branch's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance client experience and profitability
Increase Empower's brand presence through community outreach, local marketing , and client events
Collaborate with business partners to grow and enhance the branch's service offerings
What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree required , MBA preferred
7-10 years' experience in Financial Services industry
Fingerprinting required: FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 required

Willingness to be onsite daily in our new Boston Investor Center

Base Salary Range
$119,200.00 - $168,325.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
