Salary: $60,000-$86,060

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavior analytic services in both in-home and clinical settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities through personalized, evidence-based interventions. This role also includes exciting international travel opportunities throughout the year with our global partners to support training, collaboration, and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and behavior therapists.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions in both home and clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to promote consistency in behavior strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
  • Engage in international travel throughout the year with our global partners to provide training, consultation, and collaboration on behavior analytic services.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in ABA therapy (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Reliable transportation for in-home sessions (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Willingness to travel internationally for professional development and outreach.
