Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Indianapolis, IN Job Type: Full Time (Onsite) Shift: Monday- Friday Job Summary: The ideal candidate will demonstrate fundamental knowledge of concepts and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment and functional assessment measures. Develops individualized goals and objectives for programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data. Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented to ensure that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the analysis of goals and objectives. Qualification/Requirements: A Master's Degree is required.

BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification required.

Current Indiana Behavior Analyst License.

Minimum 2 years of experience with Autism is required.

Managerial experience is highly preferred.
