Nash Plumbing and Mechanical LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Building Information Modeling (BIM) Piping Detailer to assist in the day-to-day drawing, layout, and detailing of all Nash PM BIM Projects. Responsibilities Prepare Shop Drawings for field instillation Prepare Fabrication Spools of Coordinated Systems Creation of Trimble/Hilti Total station Point layout files Assist in the Creation of Revit Families Learn to Create and Understand Plumbing and Mechanical System Models Preferred Qualifications Entry Level Position – No Experience Required Knowledge of Revit/CAD & Bluebeam Preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Apps Oral and Written Communication Skills Organizational/Time Management Skills with the ability to multitask several projects at one time
