Location: Concord, NC Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually Position Summary: The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. This position supports hiring initiatives across departments and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interview scheduling. Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support onboarding and pre-employment processes. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with bilingual capability (English/Spanish). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques. Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of open roles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in industries such as manufacturing, construction, or logistics. Understanding of employment law and hiring compliance practices. Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
